1 - We retain the right to modify and / or delete these terms and conditions at any given time.

2 - All contact information must be true and accurate when purchasing any of our products.

3 - You agree that all products on the website are the intellectual property of Coda4.

4 - Our digital products are single-user licenses whereby they are licensed to you, not sold. As such you may not sell any of our products to any third party, duplicate them in any form or distribute, lend, lease, sublicense them. Any attempt to do so is a violation of applicable laws.

5 - We reserve the right to modify, suspend and discontinue any of our product line at any time without notice.

6 - We reserve the right to modify the price of any of our products at any time without notice.

7 - Your license covers the use of our products in your music productions and performances - including library / production music / remixes and Live events. However using the patches in isolation and with no modification is prohibited.

8 - You may not under any circumstances use the content for commercial purposes outside of section 7 i.e in another sample library or vst instrument. However if you wish to do so we are open to the possiblity of working together. In which case do contact us.

9 - Your use of our products is at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer, studio equipment, monitor speakers or any loss of data that results from such use.

10 - These Terms and Conditions will continue to apply until terminated by either party. If you wish to exit this agreement you can contact us and must cease the use of our products. Section 4 will still be in effect.
